COMING SOON:
Clay, Dirt & Mud Experiences
Clay is a metaphor for our forgotten inner worlds and our inner child. Imagine…stepping out of the modern-day rat race and letting yourself go…tap into your forgotten intuitive essence. In the clay journey workshop, you’ll be grounding with Mother Earth…as your hands squish the clay, mold it and smooth it – or maybe you feel like throwing it against the wall to work out frustrations!
Clay Experience
No matter what, working with raw clay naturally initiates feeling and healing. You will experience this and more in Kelli’s Klay workshops.
Clay is made of Mother Earth and naturally grounds you, calms you, soothes you – this helps reduce anxiety and depression and is scientifically proven. Experience even more benefits first hand!
In Kelli’s Klay workshops, you will first be guided in a breathing journey, holding your raw clay in hand. You will then begin creating your piece, allowing and trusting your intuition to guide you. This is an great technique to get back in touch our forgotten senses.
Date night or family night? Kelli’s Klay offers smaller, more intimate workshops where you can enjoy creating a clay sculpture or pottery piece of your choice. Need your corporate team to improve communications? Book a team building workshop with Kelli’s Klay.
Kelli also offers experiences where you can channel life frustrations by throwing clay (a whole new meaning to this pottery term!) against the wall!
No matter which workshop you choose, your journey awaits you!
Seven Unexpected Ways Clay Is Therapeutic
Dirt Experience
Take your shoes off, sit down and play in the dirt – get in touch with your inner child! Make a mud pie or two – lick your fingers afterwards! Who remembers doing this as a kid?
It’s a fact: “…consuming dirt (in small quantities) can actually have a positive impact on your health. It seems like kids who accidentally eat dirt had it right all along!
One of the primary benefits of dirt is that it actually supports a healthy immune system.
The New York Times reported on the “hygiene hypothesis,” which explains that dirt contains millions of bacteria and viruses that actually help the development of a healthy immune system.”

Mud Experience
Feeling a need to go even more raw and primal? Immerse yourself in mud, roll in it and slather it all over your body.
Then, relax and allow it to dry on your skin. Rinse off and feel cleansed in a way like never before!
